• Account information — when you sign up, we collect your email address and a username. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account email and public profile name; we do not receive your Google password.
• Usage data — cards you add to your watchlist or portfolio, custom scoring formulas you create, and your Premium subscription status.
• Payment information — Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details; Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and anonymised analytics via Vercel Analytics. These are used solely for performance monitoring and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and deliver the service (watchlists, portfolio, scoring).
• To process and manage your Premium subscription.
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
• To improve the site using aggregated, anonymised usage data.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Session cookies — to keep you logged in during your visit.
• Authentication tokens — stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your login state across sessions.
• Analytics — Vercel Analytics uses anonymous, cookieless tracking to measure page views and performance. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Advertising — we display advertisements via Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

OPMT relies on the following third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing.

• Vercel — for hosting and anonymised analytics.
• Neon / PostgreSQL — for database hosting (EU infrastructure).
• Upstash Redis — for caching (EU infrastructure).
• CardMarket API (via RapidAPI / TCGGO) — for card price and market data. We query this API on your behalf but do not share your personal data with it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records related to subscription payments).
