1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OPMT (One Piece Market Tracker) at any of its web addresses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of OPMT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

OPMT is a web application that provides One Piece Trading Card Game (TCG) market data, price history, investment scoring algorithms (LT Score, ST Score, MT Score), and related tools for collectors and investors. The service includes both free and Premium (paid) tiers.

OPMT is an independent project and is not affiliated with Bandai Namco Entertainment, the One Piece licence, CardMarket, or any other official entity.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent feature restrictions.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from OPMT without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any part of the service.
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service in ways that degrade performance for other users.
• Resell or redistribute OPMT data or scoring outputs without prior written consent.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Credits

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Credits are a non-monetary feature of the Premium tier. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on OPMT — including our scoring algorithms, software code, design, and written guides — is owned by OPMT's operators and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.

One Piece card names, artwork, and related imagery are the intellectual property of their respective owners (Bandai Namco, Eiichiro Oda, etc.). OPMT uses these solely for informational, non-commercial reference purposes consistent with nominative fair use.

Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to delays, errors, or gaps in coverage. OPMT makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. We are not liable for any decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPMT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including financial loss from investment decisions — arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OPMT at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
